Delivery time & shipping costs

We will carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Upon receipt of payment, we will begin packing your order immediately! Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is shown on the product page. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Germany:

• €9.00 for orders under €100 
• Free for orders over €100*.

France:

• €13.80 for orders under €100
• Free for orders over €100*.

*Note – For all orders with Charcoal, we charge standard shipping costs of €9.00 (Germany) or €13,80 (France) per bag. 

For shipment of Kamados, we will contact you about a possibility of delivery. Usually this is possible within two days, depending on whether this is possible for you of course. The Kamados come in a special cardboard box to protect them during transport. Kamados are not available for pickup.
