Cold smoke generator – Cold Smoking
The Cold Smoke Generator is the ideal holder for your smoking dust to optimize your cold smoking process! Cold smoking adds a delicious flavor to all kinds of dishes. Think for example of meat and fish, but also other foods you might not immediately think of such as Cheese, sausage, nuts, butter, eggs or even salt! Combined with brining, smoking meat and fish also extends the shelf life of the products!
You place the Cold smoke generator properly filled at the bottom of your kamado. Make sure it is set up for indirect grilling. When placed in the kamado, place a tea light in the wood and light it. This will cause your smoke moss to slowly smolder throughout the wokkel! In total, with a well-filled generator, you will be able to cold smoke for 8 to 10 hours.
