Kamado felt is essential for proper operation of your Kamado! The airtightness of the kamado is important to keep your temperature control as stable as possible. This felt prevents false air pulling into your dome and prevents escape of smoke and hot air. Despite the good quality of the felt, it is recommended to replace it once every eighteen months to ensure that everything is working properly and clean again. Description

Kamado felt/seal for various sizes of Kamados

The felt on a Kamado is an essential user good for the airtightness of the Kamado barbecue. This keeps the temperature better and more stable by preventing false air from entering or heat from escaping. You can easily replace the felt yourself and this does not require any special tools. The kamado felt comes with an adhesive strip that allows you to attach it to your kamado. By firing up the Kamado once after installing the new seal to 200 degrees and then letting it cool down you will make sure it is really secure on your kamado.

    Fantastische levering en service!

    Product via Bol.com besteld en ik heb meestal niet zo goede ervaringen met derde partijen, maar allesvoorkamado heeft mij verrast. Goed ingepakt en een briefje erbij met een QR-code naar de instructie hoe ik het beste het vilt kan vervangen. Ook zat er een handgeschreven briefje erbij met “eet smakelijk”. Dit zijn de extra stappen waardoor ik voortaan eerst even hier ga kijken voor mijn BBQ spullen.
