Get rid of those annoying and polluting alu-foil disposable trays or wrapping your divide or platesetter with alufoil or burning it clean after each session! The drip pan from The Bastard easily collects dripping grease and keeps your Bastard’s plate setter clean! This prevents unwanted temperature fluctuations as your drip pan collects the dripvent! Finished grilling? Brush off the non-stick coating with some kitchen roll and place it in the dishwasher to clean it for the next round of BBQ! In addition, for long grilling sessions, you can also place a layer of lukewarm water in the setter for better humidity in your Kamado and more stable temperature!
