The Bastard Half Moon Plate – Griddle Medium

The The Bastard Half Moon Plate/Griddle medium can be used on both sides. One side is completely flat ensures even cooking of the product. The other side is ribbed and allows for nice grill marks on the product, as well as allowing juices to drain away. The The Bastard Crescent Plate Medium can be used on the Bastard platesetter and can possibly be combined with the Bastard Crescent Grid Medium to form a full grill!
