The Rub Club – Winter Rub SE

When we think of winter, we think of snow, ice and a crackling wood fire. The latter preferably with a nice piece of meat above it. This rub is paprika-based and added to it the flavors of cinnamon, star anise and a hint of orange that gives this rub its distinctive winter flavor.

Goes perfectly with: game, beef.
