The Rub Club – Searub 05

When we think of fish, we think of slow-cooked or hot-smoked salmon and whitefish varieties. This rub is based on mustard seeds and dill, supplemented with onion, garlic, pepper and a pinch of salt. Classic seasonings that are close friends with almost all types of fish.
