Install the free app on your phone, pair the pin thermometer via Bluetooth, set a desired core temperature and insert the pin thermometer into your dish. You can control in the app at various points such as target temperature or, for example, a time.

Charging and use

The pen thermometer comes with an enclosure that also functions as a charging point. This housing can hold 2 AAA batteries (included). After one hour of charging in this charger, the core thermometer will last up to 72 hours! The thermometer can be used up to 300 degrees ambient temperature and a core temperature of your dish up to 100 degrees celcius.
