The Bastard – Multilevel Cooking system – Medium

The Multilevel Cooking System is one of The Bastard’s latest innovations! This system makes it easy to grill at different heights, where you can, for example, choose to grill partly direct and partly indirect at the same time by placing or not placing the crescent heat deflector stones. This allows you, for example, to grill your meat indirectly on one side with the half-moon heat deflector and grill your vegetables or other side dishes on the direct side without the half-moon heat deflector. Because you can place the grids at different heights, you can also influence how close the meat or vegetables are to the coals and thus the intensity with which they grill!
